First Match For Next Week’s AEW Rampage Announced

AEW Rampage is set to take place in Phoenix, AZ next week and it promises to be an exciting night of action as usual. While the entire card is yet to be determined, AEW announced the first match for the show on tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage.

After Action Andretti got involved in Ricky Starks and Daniel Garcia’s match on Rampage, a livid Sammy Guevara called out Action Andretti and demanded that Tony Khan book the match. Later on, the commentary team confirmed the match.

Ricky Starks has been having issues with the Jericho Appreciation Society for several weeks. While the numbers game seems to be in JAS’ corner, Starks has found himself an ally in Action Andretti.

Together, the two men have beaten Jericho in a singles competition. However, Starks has been campaigning to have another match against Jericho which the wrestling legend has been doing his best to avoid.

Despite this being the only match announced for the night, Rampage next week still promises to be an exciting evening of action. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we bring you similar stories.
