AEW has one of the best pools of professional wrestlers in the world right now, from all walks of life as well as different styles of pro wrestling. However, fans noticed quite a few pro wrestlers had not been on AEW television in a while. This included the Lucha Brothers, who were absent for a long time. They finally came back this week on Dynamite and it seems this is due to their visa issues being cleared.

Last week’s AEW Dynamite event was held in El Paso, Texas, where a dose of lucha libre-style wrestling would have fit perfectly with the local crowd. Unfortunately, fan-favorite luchadores such as the Lucha Bros and Bandido were not on the card. This was due to their ongoing visa issues.

That being said, Rey Fenix and Pentagon made their return during this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, where they helped out Mark Briscoe and evened the odds. It was a feel-good moment for the crowd in attendance.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that The Lucha Brothers’ visa issues were cleared up, which is why they were able to return on this week’s show.

Pentagon and Fenix, so their visa situation has been cleared up this week and in fact, they even did a dark match after the end of the show, besides their brief run-that they did.

We will have to wait and see how The Luha Brothers will be booked in the coming weeks, now that they have finally made their triumphant return to AEW television.
