Tammy Lynn Sytch was once on top of the world as WWE’s favorite divas. Things took quite a turn for her in recent memory, and she has been behind bars for a while. Don’t expect for that to change any time soon.

PW Insider report that Tammy Lynn Sytch is nowhere close to getting out of jail. In fact, her trial was pushed back to March 23rd, at her attorney’s request. There are also several witnesses who haven’t told their stories yet.

Her latest pre-trial hearing in Florida has been officially pushed back to 3/23 at Sytch’s attorney’s request.  There are several witnesses still scheduled to be deposed.

Tammy Lynn Sytch is currently 50-years-old, and she is facing one count of DUI causing death (DUI Manslaughter, a felony in the third degree), one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (a felony in the third degree), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. 75-year old Julian Lasseter lost his life in that accident that she caused.

We will have to see if Tammy Lynn Sytch ever makes it out of jail this time. In August 2022, she waived her right to a speedy trial  “arising out of the criminal episode made the subject of this prosecution; specifically, the right to be tried within 175 days of her being taken into custody as provided by law and Rule 3.191, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.”

Tammy Lynn Sytch was also given “criminal indigent status,” which means, she is without sufficient income to afford a lawyer for defense in her criminal case, one will be provided to her.
