Bray Wyatt has been one of the mainstays of Friday Night Smackdown ever since he came back last year at Extreme Rules. The company clearly thinks highly of him now, especially after his segment with The Undertaker last month. In fact, The Undertaker thinks it’s unfair to compare Wyatt to him.

The Undertaker and Bray Wyatt shared the ring for the first time in years during the 30th Anniversary of Monday Night RAW. It led to The Undertaker helping Bray Wyatt take out LA Knight.

Afterwards, The Deadman whispered something in his ears, and left. Fans were certainly intrigued by the segment but were glad as this was more or less a passing of the torch moment for Bray Wyatt.

While speaking on Sportsnet’s Tim & Friends, The Undertaker talked about the moment he shared with Bray and the comparisons between his character and The Eater of Worlds. The Deadman made it clear that he thinks it’s unfair to compare Wyatt to him.

“There’s, obviously, a huge amount of comparisons between his character and mine. He’s his own guy. He’s his own character. I don’t think it’s fair to him to compare what he does to what I did. In the big scheme of things, it’s in the same supernatural genre, but it’s 2023, and he’s doing his own thing, but I can appreciate — I can see what he’s trying to do. I just let him know, too, that my phone’s always on, and if he needs to talk to me about things or run things by me, that’s cool. I would be more than glad to share my experiences with him and hopefully shine some light on questions that he has moving forward. So yeah, it was a cool moment, and it did exactly what I thought it would do.”

The Undertaker and Bray Wyatt have engaged in multiple memorable matches throughout their careers. Bray Wyatt was the first opponent to face The Undertaker after his historic WrestleMania losing streak was broken by Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX in 2014. Their first encounter took place at WrestleMania 31 in 2015, marking a pivotal moment in both of their careers.
