WWE has their rosters split up into brands for a reason. Now only do their networks like having exclusive talent, but it also allows them to give a bigger spotlight to more people. It seems that WWE is about to shake things up once again.
Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that the Maximum Male Models stable has now officially switched brands. They are now on the RAW brand after a stint on the blue brand.
Fightful Select has learned that Maxxine Dupri, ma.çé And mån.sôör are all now officially members of the WWE Raw roster. The trio, known as Maximum Male Models, appeared on WWE Raw last week, and looked like they were set to recruit Alpha Academy’s Otis.
It was also noted that, “the working plan is to have an angle on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw to solidify the brand switch.” We will have to see how this shakes things up on the road to WrestleMania.
Maximum Male Models were on Smackdown, and they put over Legado Del Fantasma on the January 20th episode. Before that, the two hadn’t wrestled on television in two months, but they continued working live events. They are also very active on social media, putting out viral videos with their gimmick in mind.
The brand split seems to be working out well, plus it gives fans an exciting yearly draft to look forward to. The idea of Superstars jumping brands is also enticing, because it mixes things up in the middle of everything else going on within the company’s television storylines.
