Parker Boudreaux made waves when he signed with WWE in 2021. The former football player was compared to Brock Lesnar in a major way by Paul Heyman. Unfortunately, Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard didn’t have solid plans for him and released him from his NXT contract on April 29, 2022.

Parker Boudreaux worked several independents before he finally made his way to Tony Khan’s AEW. Boudreaux spent the next several months in an alliance with the TrustBusters on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation. He eventually ditched Ari Daivari’s group for Swerve Strickland’s Mogul Affiliates.

For those wondering, Strickland debuted his new stable during his angle with Keith Lee on the December 21, 2022, edition of Wednesday Night Dynamite. The former Killshot took out his estranged tag team partner with the help of his group.

Speaking to Fightful’s Wrestling Perspective podcast,Swerve Strickland shed light on Mogul Affiliates, which is currently made up of Boudreaux and Trench. The former AEW World Tag Team Champion spoke about Boudreaux’s past Brock Lesnar comparisons as well.

“I’m going to take these guys and make something that you didn’t know it’s what you wanted, and that’s going to take time to do. Having Parker kind of slowly wipe that [Lesnar] comparison away. I don’t want him to be compared to anybody, I don’t want my other man to be compared to anybody either, especially since he’s so new.”

Strickland and The Mogul Affiliates are currently in a feud with Dustin Rhodes. It remains to be seen if The Mogul Affiliates will get their tag team glory in the foreseeable future. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more.
