Ring Of Honor surprised fans when it announced that the company was going to undergo a reimagining back in 2021. This led to the company releasing all of its contracted talents at the same time. It has been a long time since Khan bought the company and now it seems ROH will finally start their TV tapings soon.
AEW President Tony Khan previously announced that he had purchased the entirety of Ring Of Honor. It has been almost a year since his acquisition and ROH has produced a couple of pay-per-views so far. Still, the company doesn’t have a television show, but that will be finally changing soon.
Tony Khan is also having frequent conversations with Warner regarding a weekly ROH TV show. In addition to that, there is also a good reason why ROH doesn’t have a weekly show yet.
According to a report by Fightful’s paywall, the promotion will start taping content very soon. It was added that the tapings will take place in Orlando, Florida, during the last weekend of February.
According to previous reports by Voices Of Wrestling, it is believed that AEW’s Dark series will be filmed at Universal Studios. While there are no additional details available, Fightul suggests that the tapings will lead up to AEW’s Supercard of Honor pay-per-view event on March 31st.
Additionally, some wrestlers have been signed by AEW since last spring with the purpose of appearing on Ring of Honor programming. We’ll have to see how the TV tapings will turn out.
