Vince McMahon has been at the center of a scandal in the past year involving allegations of payoffs to keep accusations quiet. He is back in the driver’s seat and fans have been fearing the worst because of that. In fact, McMahon was compared to Ric Flair became he won’t go away.

Vince McMahon’s return to the Board of Directors was viewed as a hostile takeover, as he displayed a new level of determination to regain control of WWE. This move was met with significant backlash, but despite the negative reactions, McMahon was appointed as the Executive Chairman of WWE. This followed the resignation of Stephanie McMahon, and he now holds this position while Nick Khan remains the sole CEO.

Ringside News exclusively reported that Vince McMahon came back to the WWE offices in Stamford earlier this month. He also brought back Brad Blum as his Chief of Staff, just a month and a half after WWE let him go.

Many people have simply accepted the fact that Vince McMahon loves pro wrestling too much to ever leave it. While speaking on the Universal Wrestling podcast, The Godfather compared Vince McMahon to Ric Flair because he won’t ever go away from pro wrestling.

Vince is like Ric Flair, brother. He ain’t going to go away. Vince loves what he does. All the bullsh*t aside, he loves what he does, man. I don’t have [any] inside information … I just can’t see Vince selling.

Vince McMahon is also not attending creative meetings after making his WWE return. We’ll have to wait and see whether McMahon will end up selling WWE in the future.
