The 2023 Royal Rumble is set to kick off tonight at 8 PM EST from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Royal Rumble event is one of WWE’s most exciting Premium Live Events of the year due to the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches. However. this year’s event has some other exciting matches lined up for the show as well. We will get to see the first-ever pitch-black match when Bray Wyatt wrestles his first televised match since returning to WWE.
Prior to the Royal Rumble match taking place, each WWE Superstar is presented with the opportunity to draw their own entry number. Drew McIntyre drew his number and it doesn’t look good for him.
In a recent video posted by WWE on Twitter, Drew McIntyre drew his number for the men’s Royal Rumble match and while he didn’t reveal his number, the look on his face indicated that he may not enter later in the match.
As he walked off in the video, Wade Barrett laughed off the bad news. Based on McIntyre’s facial expression, it looks as if he may be entering very early in the match which will reduce his odds of winning.
The Royal Rumble event still promises an exciting night of unpredictable action. Stay tuned to Ringside News for live coverage of the Royal Rumble. The complete match card for the show is as follows:
Men’s Royal Rumble Match
Women’s Royal Rumble Match
Bray Wyatt vs. LA Knight
