The WWE’s highly-anticipated annual Royal Rumble event will take place on January 28th at the Alamodome in San Antonio. According to a report by WrestleTix, the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event has sold 45,275 tickets. It has a total capacity of 45,743 tickets, leaving 468 tickets left to be sold. Therefore, the Royal Rumble is almost a sellout now.

A few more seats were added in the back rows of the upper deck (that weren’t opened – only a few sections remained); those were $25 and scooped up pretty fast. Other floor seats emerged. I’m going to grab the floor layout in a bit to make sure nothing changed there (if it did, it would be minimal). The only thing they can open at this point is limited viewing sections/seats
A lot of NXT talent will be brought in for the Royal Rumble. It remains to be seen what kind of surprises the company has in store for fans this week. After all, the Royal Rumble is undoubtedly one of the most highly-anticipated events of the year.
