LA Knight made an immediate impact when he debuted during NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day on February 14th, 2021. He underwent a huge change after being called up to the main roster, as he was then known as Max Dupri. Thankfully, Knight went back to his old gimmick and is currently feuding with Bray Wyatt, in a very compelling storyline on Friday Night Smackdown. LA Knight was also part of a huge segment on RAW this week and it seems he bragged about being very close to slapping The Undertaker in the mouth.

For the past few weeks, Bray Wyatt has been engaged in a feud with LA Knight. It has seen Knight slap Wyatt in the face and allegedly attack him backstage. The feud also featured several excellent promos from both WWE Superstars. For now, the story continues to progress at a very methodical pace.
As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, The Undertaker and Bray Wyatt shared the ring for the first time in years. This was preceded by LA Knight and Wyatt having an intense promo.
While speaking on Chris Van Vliet on Insight, LA Knight talked about the segment with Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker. Knight then bragged about the fact that he was very close to slapping The Undertaker right in the mouth.
“Well, I’ll tell you what, he was about this close to get the slap right in the mouth, but I decided to spare him. But I’ll tell you the truth. It’s funny because you always hear the cliché when you’re standing in that ring, and that bell tolls. You know, it’s chills. And I’m like, sure. Once that hit, it was chills, it was pretty wild. But at the same time to be standing there and doing my thing, and to be very recognized. That audience was right on top of everything I had to say even with The Undertaker in the ring. So I mean, that’s a big feather in my cap as far as I’m concerned. And at the same time, you know, looking at a guy who’s undoubtedly a legend, Hall of Famer, crazy, crazy night leading into this Royal Rumble.”
The Undertaker also told Vince McMahon to take care of Bray Wyatt. We will have to wait and see how Bray Wyatt will be booked in the coming weeks, as he is set for a huge match with LA Knight at the Royal Rumble this week.
