#WWEWomenDeserveBetter Trends After WWE RAW Is XXX

WWE celebrated the 30th anniversary of RAW at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. The company pulled out all the stops to make it a night worth remembering, as several legends and Hall of Famers were present on the show. That being said, the distinct lack of women legends made fans irate, and now #WWEWomenDeserveBetter has been trending on social media.

Apart from that, a couple of title matches also took place. However, there were quite a few notable absences from the show. This included the Bella twins and basically any female legend in general.

In fact, Nikki and Brie Bella expressed their disappointment with how WWE did not book any women legends for the show and barely had any presence throughout the 3-hour-long runtime. Even the steel cage match between Becky Lynch and Bayley had to be cancelled, which angered fans.

Therefore, it comes as no surprise that #WWEWomenDeserveBetter has started tending on Twitter in a huge way, as fans have expressed their utter disappointment. You can find a sampling of irate tweets below.

The women’s division under Triple H’s regime has been truthfully much worse than Vince’s. Both Becky and Bayley wasn’t given 10 minutes to deliver the steel cage match at the grandest RAW. Shorten the part timers’ and Bloodline’s segment instead. 😪 #WWEWomenDeserveBetter

While RAW is XXX was a huge success in many ways, clearly, many fans felt the show was a huge disappointment on a fundamental level due to its lack of women’s wrestling. We’ll have to wait and see whether WWE will rectify this situation in the future.

The Bella Twins did not show up at RAW is XXX due to creative differences. They didn’t like how WWE didn’t represent the Women’s Revolution during the show. Saraya was also all for their absence.

We will have to see what’s next for WWE’s Women’s Division. Triple H had a lot to do with advancing women’s wrestling in WWE, and now it appears that he will have to make this up to the fans. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
