Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler established themselves as one of the greatest tag teams in the last decade. Their time in professional wrestling has been nothing short of legendary. FTR is now very uncertain about their WWE return after Vince McMahon’s comeback. After all, Vince McMahon’s comeback in WWE raised a lot of red flags. Although Triple H’s leadership is a bonus, there is a lot of uncertainty in WWE right now.
Dax Harwood has pondered whether Vince McMahon’s recent surprise return to the business’s board may have an effect on his decision to maybe ever return to the company. The 38-year-old had an eight-year contract with WWE and found early success working for Triple H at the third brand of the business, NXT.
However, things started to turn around for him and his tag partner Cash Wheeler once they joined the Vince McMahon-run main roster. The AEW star was questioned on the FTR podcast if Vince rejoining WWE’s board would affect a potential return.
We talk about what I’m gonna do in the future, and now that I’m thinking about that, with him back at the helm… makes things a little questionable for me.
Vince retired from the business in July of last year. He is now back on the board of WWE as its executive chairman. Stephanie McMahon decided to step down as CEO in response to McMahon’s return.
Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, better known as The Revival in WWE, are the first-ever team to take home the RAW, SmackDown, and NXT Tag Team Championships. The multiple-time tag team champion continued by stating that Vince McMahon appeared to be disparaging both him and Cash during the bout despite their tremendous effort.
The duo then went on to dominate the international tag team scene after leaving WWE in 2020, taking home titles from Ring of Honor, AAA, IWGP, and AEW. Let’s see if FTR makes their WWE comeback. Keep an eye on Ringside News for more.
