Brock Lesnar is one of the most decorated athletes in combat sports. Lesnar is the only person to have won all the primary heavyweight championships in WWE, UFC, NJPW, and the NCAA. The Beast last wrestled at the WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view, where he defeated Bobby Lashley in singles action. Prior to that, Lesnar lost to Roman Reigns on two different occasions, WrestleMania 38 and SummerSlam 2022. Lesnar’s future has been heavily speculated following Vince McMahon’s return to WWE, but the company hopes to see him again soon.
Today, Brock Lesnar is one of the, if not the biggest draw in WWE. His merchandise sell like hot cakes and he can single-handedly sell out any show with his star power.
According to a report from Fightful Select, WWE had initially considered Brock Lesnar for the RAW Is XXX special.. While Lesnar hasn’t yet been announced for the show, it’s quite possible for The Beast to make a surprise appearance during the 30th anniversary of Monday Night RAW.
“There were hopes Brock Lesnar would be involved in the show.”
Brock Lesnar is featured on the official 2023 Royal Rumble poster. Once again, the cover art indicates that the former Universal Champion could likely appear on the Royal Rumble go-home episode of RAW tonight.
At the 2022 Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar lost the WWE Championship to Bobby Lashley due to Roman Reigns’ interference and Paul Heyman’s betrayal. However, later that night, Lesnar entered the Men’s Royal Rumble match as the surprise 30th entrant and won the contest to become the fourth person to win from the #30 spot (after The Undertaker in 2007, John Cena in 2008, and Triple H in 2016).
Brock Lesnar’s feud with Bobby Lashley isn’t over yet. Both men will square off for a third and possibly final time, and the match could possibly take place at WrestleMania 39.
