Jeff Hardy is one of the greatest high-flying legends in the wrestling world, but there is no denying the various legal problems that have happened in his life. His current DUI case is set to be addressed further in a case management conference next week.
Jeff Hardy has wrestled for companies like WWE, IMPACT Wrestling, ROH, and many promotions on the independent circuit. The Charismatic Enigma built a career of death-defying moments, matches, and capturing multiple championships and accolades.
Jeff Hardy was arrested in Florida on June 13th. He was charged with DUI Alcohol/Drugs 3rd Offense within 10 years, Driving While his License was Cancelled/Suspended/Revoked, and Violating Restrictions Placed On his Driver’s License, according to Volusia County records.
Jeff Hardy was pulled over by the Florida Highway Patrol for some sobriety tests which he was unable to pass and was taken into custody following that. Since then, his case has been going on and the last hearing saw Hardy plead not guilty to the charges while trying to get his attorney to work out a pre-trial solution.
In the latest development, there was yet another hearing for the case where PW Insider reports that Jeff Hardy was represented by his attorney, but not present during the trial. Moreover, it was reported that a case management conference will be held on February 23rd at 1:30 PM in regard to the case. There are multiple depositions also set for next week, with officers from the police force being involved in the case.
Jeff Hardy is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling and is currently serving a suspension without pay. We hope Hardy gets cleared of all charges soon and step back into a place where he shines bright in front of the wrestling audience.
