Jay Briscoe passed away today at 38-years-old, and the pro wrestling world is in shock right now. We have seen an outpouring of support and condolences since that sad news broke.
Jay Briscoe passed away in a motor vehicle accident. Another person passed away as well, making it a truly tragic incident. At this time, the identity of the other person who lost their life has not been made public.
Seth Rollins, who used to compete in Ring Of Honor as Tyler Black, took to Twitter and paid tribute to Jay Briscoe. While paying tribute to Jay Briscoe, Rollins credited him for his success.
Being in the ring with Jay Briscoe got me my first ROH contract. He and Mark being so selfless helped Jimmy and I find our footing as AOTF. Without him, I don’t know if Tyler Black could ever have been Seth Rollins.
