The WWE locker room is full of talented Superstars who love nothing more than to entertain fans. R-Truth is one such Superstar, who has been part of the company for several years and remains a beloved act even now. The most-decorated WWE 24/7 Champion in history suffered an injury on NXT back in November last year. During his WWE hiatus, it seems he is trying to bag a movie role.
R-Truth faced Grayson Waller in the opening match of NXT last year. At one point during the match, Truth sent Waller out of the ring for a diving spot. Truth then performed a dive, but he hit hard on the thin mat outside.
Thanks to that unfortunate crash to the thin mat outside the ring, R-Truth suffered an injury. It was then reported that R-Truth will be out of action for up to six months. He underwent surgery for the injury back on November 8th last year.
Many fans agree with the fact that R-Truth is one of the funniest WWE superstars of all time. That is why fans believe he can excel in any comedy movie.
While speaking during a live stream on the RonKillingsTV YouTube channel, the former two-time United States bagging revealed that he is working on getting a role in a movie.
I’m working on getting another movie. My agent’s down in New Mexico, she’s been sending me some stuff. I’m out of commission right now. I’m just down and out right now but, I’m working on getting some movies.
R-Truth also had to undergo another surgery. We’ll have to wait and see when R-Truth will finally make his return. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
