Konosuke Takeshita impressed fans and peers alike with his incredible in-ring work. The international sensation competed in AEW’s non-televised events as well as YouTube shows before making his Rampage debut on May 6, 2022.
Takeshita stayed in the United States for four months during which he gained a loyal fanbase. The DDT star gave incredible performances against the likes of Adam Page and Eddie Kingston.
Tony Khan signed Takeshita to an AEW contract because he was impressed by his work. The DDT star received praise from the AEW locker room for his matches against Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson as well.
Takeshita recently took to Twitter to share the struggles of adjusting to life in the United States. The AEW star revealed he got the order for a kitchen appliance wrong from Amazon.
I ordered a toaster from Amazon to bake Cinnabons at home as well. But what I received was a cutting board. I am a stupid. I bought a toaster accessory. I thought this was too cheap. There is a new bamboo smell in the kitchen.
