Brandi Rhodes Fires Back At Fans For Complaining That She Spoiled Cody Rhodes’ WWE Return

Brandi Rhodes became one of the most polarizing figures in pro wrestling in recent memory for a variety of reasons in AEW. Even now, many people don’t like her for good reason. Recently, Brandi Rhodes came under fire for seemingly spoiling Cody Rhodes’ return. In fact, she responded to all the fan backlash right after that.

Brandi Rhodes served as the Chief Brand Officer of AEW in addition to being an in-ring performer. She and Cody Rhodes eventually left AEW back in February last year, but she still hasn’t worked for another pro wrestling company yet.

Cody Rhodes has been out of action since the Hell In A Cell Premium Live Event. However, he is more or less ready to make his return as WWE is hyping it up with video packages.

Brandi Rhodes took to Twitter that and said that she was excited for the upcoming week. For some reason, fans assumed that this was about Cody Rhodes and came at her for spoiling his return.

Following the backlash after what she said, Brandi Rhodes made a follow-up tweet, revealing that her original post was about herself and not her husband.

While I’m always excited for things in my husbands life, I’m not talking about him. I’m excited for myself and my own life!!!

Cody Rhodes is already training at the WWE Performance Center in preparation for his in-ring return. We’ll have to wait and see if he will end to winning the Royal Rumble.
