Vince McMahon came back to WWE, and fans feared the downfall of the company was underway. Many truly believe the end is neigh after Vince McMahon became the Chairman of WWE’s Board of Directors once again. Reports suggest that Vince McMahon is in the process of selling the company to Saudi Arabia, but there are a few serious possible buyers. GUNTHER has now reacted to the story, making it clear he is not interested.

There was already a story that Vince McMahon and Nick Khan had a deal to sell WWE. This piece of news spread like wildfire in the pro wrestling world, and it ended up becoming the biggest topic in the pro wrestling business.

However, reports then confirmed that WWE has not been sold to Saudi Arabia. This is the case for the time being, so fans were glad the company has not been sold to the highly controversial country. WWE stock also took a tumble when news broke that a Saudi sale isn’t closing.

While speaking to The Dallas Morning News, GUNTHER was asked about the reports of WWE getting sold. The Intercontinental Champion made it clear that he is not interested in the rumors whatsoever.

I mean, rumors are rumors. And at the end of the day, I’m not the CEO. I’m a wrestler. So, I focus on what I do in the ring and leave the business to the people that do business.

Eric Bischoff also believes Vince McMahon will do what’s best for WWE’s bottom line. We will have to wait and see who purchases WWE in the end, as there are still quite a few viable options now for the company.
