AEW Rampage Match Received ‘Good Reaction Backstage’

Tay Melo has worked hard to become one of the mainstays of AEW’s women’s division. It was not an easy road for her, as her time in WWE almost killed her love for professional wrestling. That being said, no one can doubt Tay Melo’s dedication to her craft. In fact, Tay Melo’s most recent match on AEW Rampage received a strong reception backstage.

After debuting in AEW, Tay Melo has significantly improved her in-ring skills and fans have seen her growth since day one. While that may be true, her personality as of late has certainly not made her the most popular star in AEW.

During the latest set of AEW Rampage tapings, Tay Melo and Anna Jay squared off against Ruby Soho and Willow Nightingale in a street fight. It was a very violent fight which saw numerous spots.

We are not going to spoil the match, but it is supposed to be worth watching. According to Fightful’s paywall, their street fight received a lot of positive reception backstage.

The Rampage women’s match was said to have got a good reaction backstage, but weren’t given much context on that.

Tay Melo is more than used to fighting in violent matches, as she has done so in the past already. We will have to wait and see what’s next in store for Melo and Anna Jay on AEW television.
