Vince McMahon’s return to WWE was a shock for just about everyone in the pro wrestling world. The reality is that, as majority shareholder, he could have returned at any time. Now, it seems this return for Mr. McMahon on the company’s Board of Directors might have ramifications, but we just don’t know how far-reaching they will be yet.

Ronda Rousey is not known to keep her opinion to herself. She also operates live streams where her filter can go out the window. Naturally, when the subject of WWE was breached, she had something to say.

The former SmackDown Women’s Champion was asked whether she will be at the February 3rd SmackDown event during a recent YouTube live stream. Ronda Rousey’s response was quite interesting, because it seems that the company is in another stage of change.

“If you haven’t noticed, everything’s a little bit in flux with the WWE right now. I don’t think anybody knows what’s going on with anybody this week, let alone weeks from now.”

That event Ronda Rousey was talking about “this week” was certainly Vince McMahon’s return to WWE. Obviously, she doesn’t want to make any promises, as so many things about the future remain unclear.

Ronda Rousey couldn’t confirm or deny that she will be present at the WWE SmackDown show on February 3rd, but that might only be the beginning. Only time will tell what WWE looks like in a year from now, because the entire landscape is certainly shifting.
