Andrade El Idolo is one of the brightest talents in AEW that is missing from action, and that’s been the case for quite a while now. El Idolo was reportedly thought to be on his way out of the company, and he has further ignited the fuel by posting a cryptic message.

The third-generation wrestler started his professional wrestling career in 2007, developing his craft in various promotions before signing with WWE ten years later. Andrade El Idolo made a name for himself in the company by winning championships and being featured in prominent programs. However, he left the company in March 2021.

The former WWE United States champion made his debut in AEW in June 2021. Many believed that he would have a better run in All Elite than he had in WWE. He was expected to rise to the top, however, that clearly has not happened.

Andrade is currently out of action to injury and many reports indicate that he was unhappy in AEW and has reportedly left the promotion. He further ignited the rumors recently by posting a photo on Instagram, that showed his mask packed in a bag with a goodbye message in the caption.

“Bye!!!”

If Andrade does intend to leave the promotion or has already done that, it would be logical for him to return to WWE for better opportunities under the new management led by WWE Chief Content Officer, Triple H.
