Charlie Dempsey Not Medically Cleared To Compete On NXT This Week

Charlie Dempsey was one of a handful of WWE stars that showed up at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida after a stint in NXT UK. William Regal’s son made his NXT debut in August 2022.

Charlie Dempsey was supposed to compete against Hank Walker on NXT this week. Unfortunately, he wasn’t medically cleared to compete as revealed by Andre Chase during his backstage segment with Gulak.

A match was then booked between Mr. Chase and the Philadelphia Stretcher. Charlie Dempsey was seen watching the match on a screen, his arm wrapped in a sling. He then took off the sling and walked away.

Gulak won the match after he made Chase submit. He then celebrated outside the ring with Hank Walker attempting to calm his mentor. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more.
