AEW has changed a lot since its debut back in 2019, as the company has improved various aspects so far. The company signed many wrestlers during their initial days, but not all of them were active in AEW due to injury. Things might be better in AEW now, but it seems yet another star is out of action due to an injury.
Tony Khan’s company saw a difficult period of time in the past several months this year. This was mostly because quite a few of their top stars were injured and on the shelf. Many stars such as CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole and more were out of action due to injury for a long time.
Matt Hardy recently took to Twitter and commented on his upcoming match with Isiah Kassidy, while revealing that other Private Party member Marq Quen is out of action due to injury.
Since@Marq_Quen is gonna be out of action for a bit, myself & @IsiahKassidy are marching forward. Tonight we team up on #AEWDarkElevation & plan on stealing the show. It’s a new year & I’m going into it with a new attitude.
AEW President Tony Khan also stated that he believes AEW rebounded well from all the injuries last year. We will have to wait and see when Marq Quen will be returning to in-ring action.
