Dax Harwood’s new FTR podcast has already made a lot of noise. Not only did he defend CM Punk, but the Top Guy also shared other hot takes. Now, it seems the AEW locker room listened to his podcast, and they’re not thrilled about what the former AEW World Tag Team Champion said.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez mentioned that the AEW locker room isn’t pleased about what Dax Harwood said on his podcast. This update apparently came from “different people,” so it’s not just one disgruntled wrestler.
“From what I heard from different people, not the people who you probably heard from, they were not particularly happy at all about this. All I heard the other day was how unhappy people were about that podcast.”
It is understandable why some would be unhappy with comments made by Dax Harwood on his podcast. During the podcast, Harwood made controversial statements about a number of topics. Obviously, some people in AEW disagree with him in a big way.
As a result of this, there has been backlash from both fans and fellow wrestlers. It’s unlikely that Tony Khan will say anything to Harwood about his podcast at this point.
We’ll have to keep our ears open for Dax Harwood’s next podcast. Odds are he will keep telling big stories, because that means more fans will listen. In the meantime, it seems he might have lost some favor with the AEW roster. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
