Footage Of Gunther Getting Checked After Chair Shot On WWE SmackDown

GUNTHER cemented his status as a top star on SmackDown in a matter of months. The Ring General captured the Intercontinental Championship in the process as well. Last night, he got his head split wide open due to an accidental chair shot.

Imperium ganged up on Braun Strowman for wanting to wrestle GUNTHER last night on SmackDown. Ricochet came to make the save for his big friend. The One and Only took out Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci with a chair.

Ricochet went after GUNTHER who, somehow, failed to get out of the ring in time. The time mismanagement led to the chair connecting to the back of GUNTHER’s head, busting him open in the process.

A new footage of the angle just made its way to social media. The alternative angle shows GUNTHER receiving treatment from the doctors before walking to the backstage on his own, with a towel wrapped around his head.
