WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is certainly one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever been a part of the professional wrestling world. The Olympic Gold Medalist has accomplished many things in his career and remains a beloved legend. Kurt Angle recently deleted his reaction to name-drop on last night’s New Year’s Smash edition of AEW Dynamite.
AEW World Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed debuted their new “RASSLE” music video at Dynamite, which featured shots at Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal. During the rap, Max Caster referred to Karen Jarrett as “Kurt Angle’s wife,” referring to her previous marriage to Angle. “And you’re stealing money like it’s Kurt Angle’s wife.”
Kurt Angle responded to the line on Twitter following the show, where he mentioned how it’s been 12 years, and people should #MoveOn. He removed the tweet shortly after it was posted. As of this writing, Caster had not responded to Angle’s deleted tweet.
When you got to use my name to get heat after 12 years [smile emoji] [thumbs up emoji] #MoveOn.
The WWE Hall of Famer was recently questioned if he would ever work with AEW. Kurt Angle said that he doesn’t think it will ever happen now that he has such a solid relationship with WWE. You can check out the tweet and screenshot below.
