Jeff Hardy’s Pre-Trial Hearing Postponed To Next Year

Jeff Hardy was arrested on a DUI in June, another in a long history of substance abuse issues. His attorney recently filed a motion to postpone the upcoming pre-trial hearing. Hardy’s pre-trial hearing has now been postponed to next year.

According to PW Insider, the court granted Jeff Hardy’s motion to postpone his scheduled pre-trial hearing in connection with his DUI arrest in Florida on 20th December. The new hearing date is 18th January 2023.

Jeff Hardy was arrested on 28th June at 9:55 AM and charged with DUI (Alcohol or Drugs), third offense within ten years, driving with license canceled/suspended and violation of driver’s license limitations.

Hardy faces up to five years in jail if convicted of the major offense, which is a felony under Florida law. The others would be classified as misdemeanors. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
