Mandy Rose was released from WWE, and this news shocked her fans. The former NXT Women’s Champion was fired as a result of the content she posted to her premium content paywall account. Rose is no longer a part of WWE, but she is still raking in the cash.
According to TMZ Sports, the former NXT champion has made $500k off her racy videos in just one week. Mandy was dismissed on Wednesday when she posted sexual photos on the subscription-based portal FanTime, a platform similar to OnlyFans, which is prohibited by WWE.
While Mandy Rose’s firing was controversial in the eyes of some fans, it has done wonders for her business on the platform. Her agent, Malki Kawa, informed the outlet that the 32-year-old has made a stunning $500,000 from her FanTime page since the axing.
Mandy Rose, according to Kawa, will be the newest self-made millionaire by Christmas, just 6 days away. Before being dismissed, Rose fought for WWE on the NXT roster, where she held the women’s NXT championship for almost 400 days. Mandy gave the title to Roxanne Perez on Tuesday, December 13th, and she was fired the next day.
Rose’s content drew the ire of WWE, most likely because, in 2020, Vince McMahon, the wrestling conglomerate’s then-CEO and Chairman, issued a letter to all wrestlers stating that they must cease using any third-party platforms where they use their name and likeness in ways that are detrimental to the company. Her content also violated the company’s morale clause, and Shawn Michaels wasted no time in releasing her as soon as he was told about how far she was going.
Mandy Rose, on the other hand, experienced an outpouring of support in the aftermath of her firing, with AEW star Saraya encouraging her on social media. We’ll have to see what’s next for Mandy Rose, but she won’t be hard-up for cash.
