Goldberg was a force to be reckoned with during his impactful run in Ted Turner’s WCW. The big man intimidated the likes of Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, DDP, and Kevin Nash with sheer strength. He joined WWE in 2003 and defeated The Rock in his debut match for the Stamford-based promotion at Backlash, and the rest was history.
Goldberg pursued acting in addition to wrestling as well. The multi-time World Heavyweight Champion starred in movies, including Universal Soldier, Half Past Dead 2 and Santa’s Slay – playing the titular character in the 2005 horror-comedy.
Nearly 17 years after the release of Santa’s Slay, Goldberg finds himself on the top of the list of ugliest on-screen Santas. According to a recent study, the WWE star is the only Santa Clause actor to get a negative rating on the Santa Hotness Score.
“It was bad news for WCW and WWE superstar Bill Goldberg, who was the only Santa Clause actor in the study who (much like the festive weather) was deemed sub-zero by the beauty data algorithm.“
Goldberg’s current WWE agreement runs through 2022, but there are no matches remaining on it. That said, the WWE Hall of Famer intends to return to the squared circle because he doesn’t want to go out losing to current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
