Braun Strowman’s WWE release back in 2021 shocked the pro wrestling world, as fans couldn’t fathom WWE could let go of a big star. Thankfully, Strowman was hired back earlier this year and since then, and he has been a force to be reckoned with. Braun Strowman has also dealt with depression and anxiety, so he knows how difficult mental health issues can be. Triple H, the man responsible for re-hiring him, was there to help Strowman out.
The Monster of Monsters has mostly been booked as an unstoppable force in the company due to his size. He also has a very good relationship with Triple H and he has come up to Triple H for advice in the past.
While speaking to CBS Sports, Braun Strowman revealed that he came to Triple H for advice recently. In fact, Triple H helped him out of a mental funk around that time.
I literally had a conversation with Triple H about this a week ago, because I was in a little bit of a mental funk the other day and like, he’s always so positive, always so chipper, always so smiling and excited and I went to him, I was like, ‘H, how do you do this?’ He’s like, ‘What do you mean?’ I was like, I said, ‘How do you keep such a positive mindset and balance all this stuff in life? I’m nowhere near as busy as you’ and I was like, ‘You have this all together’ and he goes, ‘Braun, you think I have this all under control?’ He’s like, ‘Dude, I’ll tell you the biggest piece of advice I’ve ever gotten in my life. Control the stuff that you can and don’t worry about the rest of it.’
Braun Strowman also recently explained why his feud with Triple H never really took place. Kurt Angle also believes Braun Strowman and Triple H could have had 5-star matches. We’ll have to see how WWE will be booked in the coming weeks.
