Mandy Rose was one of the best performers in NXT in recent memory. Her mic skills and her in-ring work has improved since she became NXT Women’s Champion. Just when it looked like she would get pushed to the main roster, Mandy Rose was released due to photos she posted on BrandArmy.

Fans were clearly shocked to learn that their favorite NXT superstar will no longer feature on Wednesday nights. However, many fans jumped in support of the former NXT Women’s Champion. The level of support she has received has been huge since the news broke.

One fan pointed out that WWE used to have their women on the cover of Playboy, but they fired Mandy for doing the same thing on a different platform. This is a very good point, and it was echoed by a couple of people.

didn’t WWE…use to have their women featured on the cover of Playboy for years, and ‘fans’ could ‘pay money’ to buy the product to see the photos…. why let her go i don’t understand

Another fan stated that Vince McMahon built his fortune by hyper-sexualizing women, but WWE fired Mandy for posting some revealing photos. The firing comes at an interesting time, especially considering how Vice’s “9 Lives Of Vince McMahon” documentary dropped on the previous night.

Vince McMahon built that business off exploiting and hyper-sexualizing women, not to mention the hundreds of SA claims made by women in the company, yet Mandy posting some risqué pictures lost her the title and her career ok.

Another fan even suggested that WWE should’ve asked Mandy to take down the page first instead of firing her. As Ringside News previously noted, Mandy Rose knew this premium content could land her in hot water.

It’s sad that Mandy Rose’s incredible run in NXT had to end due to some photos being leaked online. Only time will tell if she will make a WWE return in the future. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we keep you updated on this story as it develops,
