On tonight’s edition of WWE Smackdown, The New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods came out to back up Ricochet during his contract signing for the Intercontinental Championship against Gunther. The two were spotted wearing tribute Power Ranger gear to the popular actor and martial artist.
Kofi was wearing the Green Ranger gear, while Xavier wore the White Ranger gear. That was a nice touch to display on television.
A few weeks ago, at a WWE house show, Kingston and Woods did wear the Tommy Oliver Power Rangers tribute attire when coming out to a match. It was an emotional moment for them since they are fans of the franchise.
Frank was a friend of the WWE brand, and he may be gone, but his legacy will continue for a very long time. Once a Ranger, always a Ranger.
