WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has done a lot for the pro wrestling business, but he is not without his fair share of controversies. Unfortunately, Flair is known to hold a grudge from time to time, which was the case for him and Eric Bischoff. Now it seems Flair has finally revealed why he is upset with Eric Bischoff.
Ric Flair recently addressed the animosity between himself and Hulk Hogan. Flair made it clear that he has no animosity with Hogan but then ripped Eric Bischoff for being an arrogant p*ssy.
It was believed that Flair was upset with Bischoff over his comments during ESPN’s ’30 for 30′ documentary. While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Ric Flair revealed why he is actually upset with Eric Bischoff.
“I don’t know whether they put it in my documentary or not. He [Bischoff] goes, ‘I had to set an example with Ric. He didn’t show up for [WCW] ‘Thunder.'” Which nobody showed up for ‘Thunder,’ by the way. Because I took my kid to a wrestling tournament, and he says, ‘According to my legal team.’ ‘What legal team?’ … By the way, I’m still waiting for my payout for the pay-per-view from North Korea.”
The North Korea pay-per-view Flair mentioned is the Collision in Korea show that took place at Rungrado 1st of May Stadium in Pyongyang. Regardless, we’ll have to see if Flair still stop his beef with Bischoff or not.
