Becky Lynch’s stock has been increasing ever since she came back from her pregnancy last year at SummerSlam. Following a RAW Women’s Title run, Lynch took part in numerous feuds with the likes of Liv Morgan and Bianca Belair. Lynch ended up suffering an injury at SummerSlam, but came back last month. However, it seems her shoulder still isn’t 100% just yet.
Big Time Becks suffered a dislocated shoulder injury during WWE SummerSlam back in July. Following that, Lynch was on the shelf for four months until she returned in November.
While speaking with The Verge, Becky Lynch talked about her injury status after returning. The former RAW Women’s Champion admitted that her shoulder still isn’t fully operational.
“It felt amazing to be out in front of the crowd again and how electric that was, in such a wild capacity as WarGames. That’s a match that I’ve never done before, and it’s a very daunting match. You’ve got two rings, you’ve got a giant cage and anything goes. Truth be told, my shoulder still isn’t feeling right. So to say I was nervous is probably a bit of an understatement. But once you get out there, once you get in front of the crowd, and you feel that energy, then you forget everything else. There’s not another feeling like it.”
Becky Lynch also found it difficult to watch WWE Clash At The Castle. For the time being, Lynch will be feuding with Damage CTRL on Monday Night RAW. We’ll have to see how the storyline will progress in the coming weeks.
