Bron Breakker is emerging to be one of the fastest rising superstars in WWE NXT. In a short span of time, Breakker took the entire roster by storm and became the top prospect in the developmental territory. Recently, scrapped plans for a major feud for Bron came into light by the same man he was scheduled to have the program with, Solo Sikoa.
Solo Sikoa made his NXT debut in October 2021 at Halloween Havoc. Sikoa proved his worth in the developmental brand and was called-up to the main roster at WWE Clash at the Castle, assisting his cousin Roman Reigns to retain his Undisputed WWE Universal title against Drew McIntyre.
Solo Sikoa is currently ‘The Enforcer’ in The Bloodline faction alongside his family members Roman Reigns, The Usos, Paul Heyman and Sami Zayn. However, Solo has gone on to reveal major plans pitched for him to battle against generational talent like Bron Breakker. He spoke about this on Superstar Crossover, where he went into some detail about the scrapped generation vs generation feud.
“I felt like before I got called up there were a lot of plans. To go after Carmelo Hayes, maybe Bron Breakker. You know, generation vs generation, but I felt like it worked out just fine, man. Just to let everybody know that I never lost the North American Championship and I had to give up. So those are two different things.”
Bron Breakker has already become a 2-time NXT champion in his short WWE stint and has beaten the likes of Dolph Ziggler, Tomasso Ciampa and JD McDonagh during his reign. However, the NXT universe never got to see a generational collision between Breakker and Solo Sikoa. We can hope that maybe this mega showdown would take place someday on the main roster.
