The Undertaker will forever be regarded as a legend in the world of professional wrestling. His contributions to the business will never be forgotten, as he has given 30 years of his life and sacrificed his body. Tony Schiavone has a great deal of respect for The Deadman as well. In fact, Schiavone wishes he could have called his match against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25.

The Deadman has squared off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world had to offer over his three-decade-long career. He has always managed to put over the unlikeliest of opponents in all kinds of matches as well.

For many, Shawn Michaels was The Undertaker’s greatest adversary, as the two produced magic every time they met inside the squared circle. This is especially true for their WrestleMania 25 match, which is regarded as one of the greatest matches of all time.

While speaking on the On Demand: Ask Tony Anything podcast, Tony Schiavone revealed that he wishes he could have called The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25.

”I would have loved to call that match. You’re not going to find a better match than that ever.”

The Undertaker retired a couple of years ago and was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame earlier this year. On the other hand, Shawn Michaels is busy managing NXT and both men are happy with their respective lives as a two-time WWE Hall of Famer.
