WWE has a lot of people on their roster who could be big stars in the future. It seems that a second-generation star is on his way to Vince McMahon’s former company as Triple H continues building things in his vision.
Colby Corino first signed with NWA in 2021. During his short stint with the company, his biggest achievement was winning the Championship Series Tournament in 2021. Now, it looks like he might soon become a free agent.
Colby Corino’s NWA contract is set to expire by the end of this month making him a free agent in January 2023. Sources informed Bodyslam.net that there is a lot of interest in WWE. Moreover, the sources also stated that Corino will head to Orlando, Florida after he becomes a free agent where he will spend time at the WWE Performance Center and will get a thorough look from the company.
The sources also confirmed that if things go well, then we can expect him to sign with WWE and he will report to NXT. For those that don’t know, Colby Corino is the son of former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Steve Corino who currently works as a trainer and producer for NXT.
