William Regal Allegedly Immediately Regretted Joining AEW

William Regal has given his entire life to the pro wrestling world and his love for the industry can never be denied. After being fired by WWE, he made his way to AEW and fans rejoiced about this fact. However, William Regal might have regretted joining AEW as well.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF and William Regal unveiled a brand new AEW World Championship. Afterwards, MJF viciously attacked Regal, and he was taken out on a stretcher.

Thus, Regal was written off AEW television. While speaking on The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 talked about William Regal possibly leaving AEW. EC3 claimed that Regal instantly regretted joining AEW.

“When he went over to AEW, the word was, he said, ‘I immediately regret this decision, there’s very much a maturity issue here within management.”

William Regal also has an out clause in an AEW contract. It is also believed that Regal will return to WWE in a backstage role. We’ll have to wait and see whether William Regal join Triple H in WWE or not.
