Ric Flair Claims Sasha Banks Won’t Go To AEW After Talking To Her

Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out in the middle of Raw back in May, and things simply spiraled from there. Their status in the company remains a big question even now. While there are many who believe Banks might go to AEW, Ric Flair is not one of them, as he thinks the exact opposite.

Despite her absence, fans still want to see The Boss back in WWE as soon as possible. This is despite the fact that Banks has tried to remove all presence of WWE from her social media handles.

While speaking on his To Be The Man podcast, Ric Flair talked about Sasha Banks’ future in pro wrestling. Flair claimed that he has talked to Banks a couple of times and that Banks wouldn’t go to AEW.

“Absolutely [cannot imagine Sasha Banks not returning to WWE]. She wouldn’t go there [AEW]. She’s been in Mexico wrestling too. I talked to her. I’ve talked to her a couple of times. [Betting that she would wind up back in WWE?] Yeah, if she likes to do anything, she’s looking at outside options. (…) I hope that she gets back in the business.”

Sasha Banks and WWE are still negotiating their money situation. We will have to wait and see whether Sasha Banks will even return to WWE in the future. For the time being, nothing seems certain.
