Tony Khan Gave Kenny Omega His Blessing For Will Ospreay NJPW Match

Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay are considered two of the very best in the business. In fact, they paved the way for many other stars to make a name for themselves outside of WWE. The two are set to face each other and it seems Tony Khan gave Kenny Omega his blessing for the match.

Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay’s rivalry has been going on for many years now. In fact, it was finally announced that Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega will battle it out at Wrestle Kingdom 17.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW President Tony Khan gave Kenny Omega his blessing for the Wrestle Kingdom 17 match next year. Khan had given his approval ever since Omega and Ospreay went after each other on Twitter.

We will have to wait and see whether Ospreay will be able to defeat Kenny Omega and retain his IWGP US Title or not. Fans are certainly looking forward to it.
