Charlotte Flair is one of the greatest female WWE superstars of this generation. The Queen has been absent from WWE programming for the last 6 months. But it looks like Flair is gearing up to step back in the ring after she dropped a recent photo with two NXT talents, Alba Fyre and Zoey Stark.

Charlotte Flair was the reigning WWE Women’s champion coming out of WrestleMania 38 with a victory over Ronda Rousey. She was last seen at the next pay-per-view WrestleMania Backlash, losing a high-stakes ‘I Quit match’ and her SmackDown Women’s title to the Baddest Woman on the Planet, taking a hiatus right after then.

The Queen was believed to have taken time off due to her impending marriage with her long-time boyfriend, AEW superstar Andrade El Idolo. Many believed that she would have returned by now, however new reports suggested that she had taken an extended break due to personal reasons.

The 14-time champion has been dropping hints lately, indicating towards her return. Charlotte Flair recently posted a photo on her Instagram story where she can be seen inside the squared circle in training mode with NXT prospects Zoey Stark and Alba Fyre, thanking the ladies for helping her out in the ring.

Charlotte Flair was rumored to return as the fifth member of Bianca Belair’s team in the War Games match this past weekend at Survivor Series. However, that spot was filled by the returning Becky Lynch. The next logical place for Charlotte to make her comeback could be as a surprise entrant in the 2023 Royal Rumble match.
