WWE Drops Lyra Valkyria’s NXT Debut Tease This Week

NXT is home to future WWE superstars and main eventers. The white and gold brand boasts an incredibly talented roster. Tonight, WWE teased the arrival of a new name to NXT.

WWE aired a vignette for Lyra Valkyria during NXT this week. For those not in the know, Lyra Valkyria is the new ring name of Aoife Valkyrie. Check out her debut tease here:

Lyra Valkyria signed with WWE during the pandemic in 2020. She joined NXT UK and remained with the brand till its closure. Valkyria last wrestled for NXT UK on August 26, 2022.

WWE filed to trademark Lyra Valkyria in October. According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, the name was reserved for use by WWE for entertainment services.
