In the men’s WarGames match last Saturday, Roman Reigns led The Bloodline to a victory over Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre, and The Brawling Brutes. During the match, however, Kevin Owens confronted The Tribal Chief and slapped him across the face, allegedly rupturing Reigns’ eardrum. Footage of the moment he was injured is currently circulating on social media.

The Head of the Table was reportedly enraged after the show over an unplanned spot from Kevin Owens. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer revealed that Reigns has visible bruises under his left eye from the improvised spot.
WWE seemed to be laying the groundwork for a feud between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens during the WarGames match. During the match, Owens told Reigns that he “was not done with him.” They also feuded before Owens’ former best friend, Sami Zayn, attacked him to prove his loyalty to The Bloodline.
Video footage from Survivor Series WarGames that is circulating on social media shows the moment Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens squared off in the ring. Owens started their back-and-forth brawl with a slap, and Reigns returned the favor. Obviously, this was not supposed to start with a slap.
