Ronda Rousey Reveals Video Of Herself Rehearsing Promo Before WWE SmackDown

Ronda Rousey has been criticized by fans on countless occasions for her promo work. Her writing in WWE was always given special care, but that didn’t stop fans from picking it apart. Rousey, however, recently revealed a behind-the-scenes video of herself practicing a promo on Natalya in advance of the episode.

Rousey recently shared behind-the-scenes footage, where she cut a promo while Natalya was impersonating The Baddest Woman on the Planet. She told Natalya that she would not “mutilate her body chasing impossible industry beauty” and that she would not “bend over and hand [Natalya] her title.”

While getting her makeup done backstage, Ronda Rousey could be heard reading her lines. The SmackDown Women’s Champion also seemed to be rehearsing her facial expressions and tone.

The SmackDown Women’s Championship match between Natalya and Rousey took place at Money in the Bank. The Baddest Woman on the Planet, despite suffering an injury, triumphed over her former friend.

We’ll have to see what’s next for Ronda Rousey, as she is now paired up with Shayna Baszler on WWE television. If anything, this video proves that she’s not going out there and winging it.
