WWE has evolved a lot over the years, embracing and accommodating a diverse set of wrestlers. While positive change is welcomed by everyone, some believe that wrestlers nowadays fail to garner reactions from the crowd.

Former WCW TV Champion and Cruiserweight Champion, Disco Inferno, took to Twitter to make an observation on the state of modern wrestling. He claimed that the overwhelming majority of modern wrestlers have no idea how to get a rise out of fans.

“95% of modern day wrestlers have no clue how to get over.”

While Gilbertti received a lot of backlash for his tweet, there were some who agreed with him. Road Dogg found the tweet and while he agreed with the sentiment, he believed Gilbertti’s statement was cutting modern wrestler’s some slack. While replying to Gilbertti’s tweet, Road Dogg said that Disco was being a bit high on his estimation.
