WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle remains one of the most accomplished and beloved pro wrestlers of all time. His meteoric rise to the top in WWE continues to be a huge deal even now. While he has faced many legends in WWE, Angle still regrets not being able to face Bret Hart.

The WWE Hall Of Famer squared off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world has to offer. This includes the likes of Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and many others.

While speaking on K&S WrestleFest, Kurt Angle revealed that he regrets not being able to have a match with Bret Hart, as Hart was pretty much done with pro wrestling when Angle was a rising star in WWE.

“I wanted to get him at Mania, but by then with his stroke and him getting a concussion and everything it just wasn’t going to work.”

It is certainly a shame that Angle and Bret Hart never got to face each other and fans will always be sad about that fact. We will have to wait and see whether Angle will return to WWE or not.
