Multiple WWE NXT Stars Missing From Television Due To Visa Issues

WWE NXT is a constantly changing entity, as Triple H has his firm grip on everything that goes on with the product. For the past few weeks, a lot of NXT stars haven’t appeared on NXT television, and now the reason for that has finally been revealed.

As seen on this week’s episode of NXT, Javier Bernal called out several members of the NXT roster who are currently unavailable. He named British stable Gallus, who has been suspended in storyline, and both Axiom and Ilja Dragunov, who have been written off television with storyline injuries.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that quite a few stars are actually absent from NXT television due to visa issues.

“They’re either injured, which actually is a code word for getting their visas worked on in some cases. And suspended, which is also a code word for getting their visas worked on.”

Gallus last wrestled on the September 14 edition of NXT, while Axiom last wrestled JD McDonagh on the November 8 edition of the show. Dragunov was last seen on the October 25 edition of the show as well. We’ll have to see when everyone will return to NXT television.
