Hangman Adam Page was determined to recapture the AEW World Championship, but fate had other plans for him. Page suffered a concussion during his AEW World Championship match against Jon Moxley last month on Dynamite. Page is now ‘doing well’ after suffering the scary concussion.
During the AEW Full Gear media conference, Tony Khan provided an update on Hangman Page’s injury. He confirmed that Page is recovering from his concussion. Tony Khan further said that Page is looking forward to his in-ring return, and he is “doing well,” but he did not give any timeline for Hangman’s return.
As previously reported, Hangman was recuperating in his home and intended to return to in-ring action as soon as possible. Adam Page and Jon Moxley were in the middle of their title match when the scary incident transpired. Hangman took a stiff lariat from Mox and landed head-first on the mat.
Page failed to recover, and the match was stopped immediately. The former AEW World Champion was rushed to a local medical facility. Stay tuned to Ringside News to gets updates on the timeline on Page’s return.
